Brand new, never worn, never tried on. Never had paper tags, just a plastic bag with sku. Shirt has printed L on it for size large but there is also a tiny tag on inside shoulder that says XL. I don’t see any particularly formal specific defects, as item is recycled/repurposed there may or may not be areas of loose, extra, or bunched thread and/or material. I did turn the hoodie inside out in pics for you to see.
