Some vinyl crackle can be heard on Side B, at the beginning of "Indians," and one vinyl crackle can be heard at the very beginning of "A.D.I. / The Horror Of It All" (also, on Side B) Includes lyric/thank you list inner sleeve plus Anthrax merchandise insert.
